On my way this morning to drop off a box of gift bags full of E-Ma's samplers to the EVE Project located within the Center for Victims of Violence and Crime. EVE stands for Enlightened Voices for the Environment, and is a group of women of color who meet monthly to share and learn ways to live healthier lives by way of food, body and hair care, etc. The group is ran by my good older sister friend LaVerne Baker Hotep. The gift bags are for a holiday celebration the women are having this evening. I hope they enjoy their E-Ma's!
